(1) Install the panel that is aft of the door.
(a) Move the panel aft below the trim strip.

(2) Install the panel that is forward of the door.
(a) Move the panel into the slot on the trim strip.

Install the trim angle to attach the panels.

(4)
Install the rubber seal in the seal retainer.

Install the kickplates.

(6)
Install the aid handle that is forward of the door, if it is applicable.

Install the passenger equipment removed for access to the sidewall lining panels.

A. This procedure contains two tasks:

The removal of the Sidewall and Ceiling Insulation

C. Procedure
S 014-002
(1) Remove the component of the cabin lining ,if it is necessary to get access to the insulation (AMM 25-21-01/001).
(a) If it is necessary, remove the equipment installed through the insulation.
S 024-003
(2) Remove the joint tape and the retainers, if it is necessary.
NOTE: The tape and retainer that attach the insulation around the
____ stringers and air ducts must be removed first.
S 024-004
(3) Remove the insulation blankets after you removed all the blockage .
(a)
Remove a blanket free from the hook and pile tape on the airplane structure, when it is necessary.
(b)
Make a mark on the insulation components for installation.

S 424-006
(1) Install the insulation blankets in their positions.
(a) At the window, align the opening in the blanket until the reveal attaches smoothly when installed .
NOTE: The blanket must touch the reveal around its edges to

make an air seal.
(b) Where the insulation is installed with the hook and pile tape,
1) Align the tape on the insulation with the tape bonded to the airplane structure and push tightly.

Install the retainers where it is applicable.
S 214-008
(3)
Make sure the insulation blankets attach tightly around the structure or support brackets.
(a) Apply the one face tape to install and seal the insulation blankets tightly around the brackets, if it is necessary.
