 C. Procedure
 S 422-060
 WARNING: DO NOT GET SOLVENTS IN YOUR MOUTH, OR YOUR EYES, OR ON YOUR
_______ SKIN. DO NOT BREATHE THE FUMES FROM SOLVENTS. SOLVENTS ARE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. SOLVENTS MAY BE FLAMMABLE OR HARMFUL TO THE ENVIRONMENT. REFER TO PRODUCT MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS (MSDS) AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPER HANDLING PROCEDURES.
 (1)  Put the blanket into its position.
 (a)  
Bond the hook type tape to the structure where it is necessary.

 (b)  
Clean the mating surface on the structure with solvent, Series 90 (AMM 20-30-90/201) . 1) Clean the tape with the aliphatic naphtha.

 (c)  
Use a new cheesecloth (or other lint free, disposable material) to rub off the solvent before it dries.

 (d)  
Apply an adhesive layer to the two mating surfaces.

 (e)  
Permit the adhesive to dry until it is tacky but will not move when touched lightly. 1) Bond the tape to the structure.

 (2)  In the area where the insulation installed with the hook and pile tape,
 (a) Align the tape surfaces and push them together.

 (3)  Wind the edges or the flaps of the insulation blanket above or below the adjacent blankets, if it is necessary.
 NOTE: The flaps along the edges of the insulation blankets must
____ have an overlap with the adjacent blankets. This permits the condensation moisture to move to the adjacent blanket. If the insulation blankets do not have an overlap, the condensation moisture will catch. This let the moisture comes in the compartment.
 S 422-020
 (4)  Pull the blanket between the frames and keep the space between the blankets and the stringer where it is possible.
 NOTE: The insulation blanket must be clear from the stringer to
____ permit the condensation moisture to drain freely. You must not see the blanket winds around the stringer.
 S 212-021
 (5)  Make sure the insulation blanket attached tightly around the structure or the support bracket on the inboard surface of the insulation.
 (a)  Use a single face tape to install and seal the insulation blankets tightly around these items, if it is necessary.
 S 422-022
 (6)  
Install the fasteners to attach the blanket when the cap strips installed.

 (7)  
Connect the wire and tubing.

 (8)  
Install the wire and tubing clips.

 (9)  
Install the lining panels (Refer to par. 2).
