 (7)  If the trim is applied with adhesive only, apply an epoxy adhesive to the edge of the panel and quickly position the trim.
 NOTE: Hysol 608 adhesive, BMS 5-123 has a very short working life.
____ If more time is required for the repair, use an adhesive such as 3M 2216, BMS5-92.
 Use masking tape to hold the trim in the correct position until the adhesive is fully cured.

Fill any dents, gouges, or imperfections with BMS5-136 filler to make a crown above the adjacent area.

 CABIN ACCOMODATION CONVERSIONS - DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  The interior furnishings and equipment in the main cabin of these airplanes are designed to allow easy and rapid convertibility between mixed-class and all-tourist passenger configuration.
 B.  This section of the Maintenance Manual describes procedures necessary to convert the cabin between available passenger configurations.
 2.  Passenger Accomodation______________________
 A.  The cabin is furnished for passenger accomodation. This includes floor coverings, passenger seats, partitions, overhead stowage compartments, passenger service units and windows.
 B.  In the mixed-class configuration, there is a class partition between first-class and tourist-class seats.
 C.  Seat spacing is different in each configuration.

 A.  The passenger cabin has different configurations (Fig. 201).
 B.  This procedure contains two tasks. The first task changes a 149-seat configuration to a 131-seat configuration. The second task changes a 131-seat configuration to a 149-seat configuration.
 C.  The maintenance personnel must know the safety procedures for the Oxygen System (Ref 35-00-00/201).
