AFT GALLEYS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains these tasks:
(1)
The removal of the aft galleys.
(2)
The installation of the aft galleys.
B. Galleys No. 3 and 4 are forward and aft of the aft service door. They are referred to as the aft galleys.
C. Galley No. 4B is aft of the aft service door. It is referred to as an aft galley.
D. Be careful when you install the galley. Do not cause damage to the moisture barrier on the floor in the galley area.

(1) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) Panel P18
1) GALLEY (lights)
2) NO SMOKING
3) SEAT BELT (sign)

Open all the GALLEY circuit breakers on panel P6 and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags.

Remove the pressure from the passenger water system (AMM 38-41-00/201).

Drain the water from the galleys.

Remove the curtain track and header assembly (Ref 25-31-87/401).

Remove the equipment and objects from the galley.

Turn up the plunger in the anchor fitting.
