D. Procedure
S 424-023
(1) Install the panel:
(a)
Put the panel into its position and push into the wall channel.
(b)
Temporarily attach the upper extension of the partition to align it.
(c)
Install two screws in the attach clip on the floor at the end of the partition.
(d)
Install the floor panel if it is necessary.
(e)
Install the fasteners along the bottom of the partition.
NOTE: This includes the two fasteners in the bottom

of the sink cabinet.
(f)
Install the fasteners inside the sink cabinet in the forward wall that attatches the cabinet to the partition.
(g)
Attach the upper extension of the partition with spacers in the slots.

(2) Install the floor pan:
(a)
Clean the floor and bottom of the pan fully with solvent.
(b)
Apply the double-back tape to the floor, do not make an overlap with the tape.
(c)
Install the pan and push down on the tape.
(d)
Install the trim strips and fasteners around the edge of the floor pan.
(e)
Install the threshold.
(f)
Apply the sealant: 1) Lightly sand all of the enamel that you will put the sealant on.
2) Apply the BMS 5-95 sealant to all cracks, and external corners.
(g)
If it is necessary, apply a layer of BMS 5-108, type 1, class B sealant to a thickness of 0.020 to 0.030 inch to the sealed area.

(3) Install the light and the mirror:
(a) Move the mirror outboard along the lower trim to make sure the light base will hold the inboard edge.

(b) (c) Install the screws in the light base.Install the light tubes and the cover.
(4) S 434-026Install the door and header (AMM 25-41-17, Aft Lavatory Door and Header).
(5) S 434-027Install the lavatory ceiling panel (AMM 25-41-19).
(6) S 434-028Install the lowered ceiling panels if it is necessary (AMM 25-21-71/401).
(7) S 434-029Install the attendant's seat (AMM 25-25-12).
(8) S 864-030Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers: (a) P18 Panel 1) LAV MIRROR LIGHTS (b) P6 Panel 1) LAV MIRROR LIGHTS
