Install the actuator chassis assemblies on the stowage bin sidewall and tighten the bolts.

Connect the door to the hinge quadrants with screws and tighten the screws.

Close the door and make sure the strikers are aligned with the center of the latch covers.
(a) Align the door on the hinge quadrants if it is necessary.

(5) With the door closed, push on the center of the door.
(a) Make sure the door latched and the striker locked with the latch pawl.

(6) Carefully open the door and tighten the bolts that attach the actuator chassis to the stowage bin sidewall.

Open the overhead bin door.
(2)
Disconnect the actuator from the hinge quadrant.
(3)
Hold the door and remove the bolt at the hinge point.
(4)
Remove the screws that attach the hinge quadrant to the door.
(5)
Remove the hinge quadrant.
