C. Procedure

(1)
Install the overhead stowage bin between the adjacent stowage bins or the structure and install the alignment pins.

Install the bolt, washers and nut to attach each turnbuckle.

(3)
Adjust the turnbuckles to hold the weight of the stowage bin while you align with the adjacent stowage bins.

Install the ceiling panels (Ref 25-21-45/401, 25-21-71/401).

Install the fluorescent light (Ref 33-21-03/201), if it is necessary.

Attach the inboard edge of the bullnose to the extrusion.

Install the emergency aisle light (AMM 33-51-21/201) or the zone temperature sensor (AMM 21-61-31/401), if it is necessary.

Lift the bullnose and install the screws.

Install the PSU's and the spacer panels (Ref 25-23-61/201).

Open the overhead bin door.

Hold the door and remove the bolts that attach each actuator chassis to the stowage bin sidewall.

Remove the door with the actuator chassis assemblies.

(4)
Remove the pins that attach the actuator to the chassis and the hinge quadrant.
(5)
Remove the actuator.
