Install the loose fittings in the floor tracks.

Move the windscreen in the position and set it down over the floor track studs.

Open the lower doors in the windscreen cabinet to get access to the floor track attachments.

Install the nuts on the floor track attachments.

(5)
Connect the wire bundle at the outboard edge of the windscreen.
D. Put the Airplane Back to its Usual Condition

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Examine for the correct operation of the electrical devices that changed by the removal/installation procedure.

Remove the electrical power if it is not necessary

100 Upper Half of Fuselage
C. Procedure
S 014-002
(1)
Remove the ceiling panels installed on the stowage bin (Ref 25-21-45/401; 25-21-71/401).
S 014-003
(2)
Remove the fluorescent light (Ref 33-21-03/201), if installed, and disconnect the electrical connector.
S 014-004
(3)
Remove the passenger service units (PSU's) and the spacer panels to get the access to the lower supports (Ref 25-23-61/201).
S 034-005
(4)
Remove the bullnose
(a)
Remove the screws on the outboard side of the bullnose.
(b)
Remove the emergency aisle light (AMM 33-51-21/201) or the zone temperature sensor (AMM 21-61-31/401), if installed.
(c)
Remove the bullnose.
(5)
Remove the alignment pins between the adjacent stowage bins.

(6)
Remove the bolts to disconnect the turnbuckles at the bottom outboard side of the stowage bin.

(7)
Hold the stowage bin and remove the bolts to disconnect the top turnbuckles.
