Put the access platform in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2)
Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the ON position.

A. Installation of the Differential Pressure Indicator (8073KM)
(1)
Apply a thin layer of OILS (Material No. 03-002) on the new O-ring (2).
(2)
Apply a thin layer of OILS (Material No. 03-002) on the new O-ring (3).
(3)
Install the new O-rings (2) and (3) on the differential pressure indicator (8073KM) (1).
(4)
Install the differential pressure indicator (8073KM) (1) to the oil-filter upper housing-assembly (4).
(5)
TORQUE the differential pressure indicator (8073KM) (1) to between
2.04 and 2.16 m.daN (15.04 and 15.92 lbf.ft) and safety the differential pressure indicator with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

B. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Close the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).

C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD.

D. Start and operate the APU.
(1)
Start the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-003).
(2)
Allows the APU to run 5 minutes.
(3)
Shutdown the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-004).
(4)
Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(5)
Do a leak check.
NOTE : No leakage is permitted.

Do a visual check of the oil quantity in the APU. Add oil if the oil level is on or less than the ADD mark on the sight glass (Ref. TASK 49-90-00-600-001).
