 A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1)
 Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
 (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).


 (2)
 On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.

 (3)
 Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.

 (4)
 Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
 (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

 (1)
 Put the access platform below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.

 (2)
 Open the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).

 Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the ON position.

 A. Draining and Changing the Oil
 (1)
 Position the container below the drain plug.

 (2)
 Open the filler cap to vent the APU and allow the oil to drain.

 (3)
 Remove the drain plug and drain the oil into the container. NOTE : If you think that the condition of the drained oil is not

____ correct, do a sampling of the APU oil for analysis (Ref. TASK 12-32-49-281-001).

 (4)
 Install the drain plug.

 (5)
 Change the lube module filters (Ref. TASK 49-91-41-200-002).

 (6)
 Replenish the oil system (Ref. TASK 49-90-00-600-007). NOTE : If you fill the APU with an oil of a different brand or type,

____ you must do the drain and changing procedure twice.

 (7)
 Remove the container.

 (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
 (2)
 Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001). Subtask 49-90-00-865-065

 Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD
