A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(2)
Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(3)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4)
Energize the ground service network
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

C. Get Access
(1)
Put the access platform in position below the access doors 315AL, 316AR.
(2)
Open the access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-14-00-010-001).
(3)
Set the light switch 11LJ to on.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Differential Pressure Switch
(1)
Install the new o-ring O-Ring (5) and the new o-ring O-Ring (7) on the differential pressure switch (6).
(2)
Apply a thin layer of oil OILS (Material No. 03-002) to the new O-rings.
(3)
Install the differential pressure switch into oil filter housing.
(4)
TORQUE the differential pressure switch to between 3.3 and 3.56 m.daN
(24.33 and 26.25 lbf.ft) and safety with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
(5)
Connect the electrical connector to the differential pressure switch (6).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD Subtask 49-91-15-790-050
C. Test
(1)
Start the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-003).
(2)
Make an inspection of the pressure differential switch (6) for oil leaks.
NOTE : Leaks are not permitted.

(3) Stop the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-004).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Set the light switch 11LJ to off.
(3)
Close the access door 315AL (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s). Subtask 49-91-15-860-052
B.
Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Pressurize the reservoirs of the hydraulic systems.
(2)
De-energize the ground service network
(3)
Remove the warning notice(s).
