A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(3)
Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

A. Installation of the Low Oil-Pressure/High Oil-Temperature Switches
(1)
Install the low oil-pressure switch (121KD) (Ref. TASK 49-94-14-400-001).
(2)
Install the high oil-temperature switch (120KD) (Ref. TASK 49-94-13-400-001).

B. Do a visual check of the oil quantity. Add oil if the oil level is on or below the ADD mark on the sight glass (Ref. TASK 49-90-00-600-001).

(2)
Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).

Allow the APU to run for 5 minutes to check the System Report/Test on the MCDU.
NOTE : The SYSTEM SELF-TEST page must not show low oil-pressure/high

oil-temperature switches.
(3)
Shutdown the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-004).
(4)
Do a leak check of the low oil-pressure/high oil-temperature switches.
NOTE : No leaks are permitted.
