A. Cleaning of the Low Oil-Pressure/High Oil-Temperature Switches NOTE : The maintenance practice procedures for the low oil-pressure
____ switch and the high oil-temperature switch are the same.
(1)
Clean the low oil-pressure switch (high oil-temperature switch) with a lint free cloth. Use the solvent CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-002) on the cloth.
(2)
Clean the low oil-pressure switch (high oil-temperature switch) electrical connectors with a soft bristle brush. Use the solvent CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) on the brush.
(3)
Let the low oil-pressure switch (high oil-temperature switch) dry.

On the panel 25VU make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(2)

A. Do a visual check of the low oil-pressure switch (high oil-temperature switch) and make sure that:
-the threads on the electrical connectors are not damaged or worn,
-there are no dents or cracks,
-
the bolt-holes in the flange are not extended,
-
the pins of the electrical connectors are satisfactory. Replace the low oil-pressure switch (high oil-temperature switch) if damage is found.
