A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Energize the ground service network
(Ref. TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2)
On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(3)
Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

C. Get Access
(1)
Put the access platform in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2)
Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the ON position.

A. Removal of the High Oil-Temperature Switch (8090KM)
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the high oil-temperature switch (8090KM) (4).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Put a container in position below the temperature/pressure assembly (6).
(4)
Remove the bolt (2) and the washer (3) which attach the high oil-temperature switch (8090KM) (4) to the temperature/pressure assembly (6).
(5)
Remove the high oil-temperature switch (8090KM) (4) from the temperature/pressure assembly (6).
(6)
Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
(7)
Remove and discard the O-ring (5) from the high oil-temperature switch (8090KM) (4).
