A. Removal of the Oil Level Switch
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the oil level switch (2).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Loosen the bolt (4) and rotate the switch (2) to release it.
(4)
Pull the switch out of the filling port (5).
(5)
Remove and discard the O-ring (3).

On the panel 25VU make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.

Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.

Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized

Make sure that the LIGHT SW 11LJ is set to the ON position.

A. Installation of the Oil Level Switch
(1)
Apply a thin layer of lubricant OILS (Material No. 03-002) to the new O-ring (3).
(2)
Install the new O-ring (3) on the switch (2).
