A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
On the panel 25VU make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(2)
Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(3)
Make sure that ground fire extinguishing equipment is available.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(5)
Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(6)
Make sure that the APU access doors are open (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(7)
Make sure that the container is in position below the
temperature/pressure assembly (6).

A. Installation of the Low Oil-Pressure Switch (8091KM)
(1)
Apply a thin layer of lubricant OILS (Material No. 03-002) to the new o-ring (5)
(2)
Install the new o-ring (5) on the low oil-pressure switch (8091KM) (4).
(3)
Remove the blanking plug from the temperature/pressure assembly (6).
(4)
Install the low oil-pressure switch (8091KM) (4) to the
temperature/pressure assembly (6).
(5)
Install the washer (3) and the bolt (2).
(6)
Remove the container.
(7)
TORQUE the bolt (2) to 0.56 m.daN (49.55 lbf.in).
(8)
Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
(9)
Connect the electrical connector (1) to the low oil-pressure switch (8091KM) (4).

B. Do a visual check of the oil quantity. Add oil if the oil level is on or less than the ADD mark on the sight glass (Ref. TASK 49-90-00-600-001).
