Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Lubricate the bolts (3) and (6) with OILS (Material No. 03-002).
(4)
Install the oil pressure switch (2), the washers (8) and the bolts (3).
(5)
Install the bonding strap (4) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-002), the washer (7) and the bolt (6).
(6)
TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 46 and 51 lbf.in (0.51 and 0.57 m.daN).
(7)
Fasten the bolt (6).
(8)
Remove the blanking cap from the tube (5) and the switch (2).
(9)
Connect the tube (5) to the oil pressure switch (2).
(10)
TORQUE the tube (5) to between 90 and 100 lbf.in (1.01 and 1.13 m.daN).
(11)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(12)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct
condition.
(13)
Connect the electrical connector P14 (1) to the oil pressure switch (2).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD.

C. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-710-008).
(a) Operate the APU for min. five minutes and examine the joints of the oil pressure switch for leaks.
NOTE : Leaks are not permitted.

(2)
Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the off position.
(3)
Close the APU access doors 316AR, 315AL (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).

(1)
Pressurize the reservoirs of the hydraulic systems.
(Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2)
De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(3)
Remove the warning notice(s).
