Disconnect the accessory-gearbox vent pipe (1) from the de-oiling solenoid valve (8083KM) (5).
(3)
Install a blanking plug to the accessory-gearbox vent pipe (1).
(4)
Disconnect the electrical connection (2).
(5)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(6)
Remove the bolts (3) and the washers (4) which attach the de-oiling solenoid valve (8083KM) (5) to the accessory gearbox.
(7)
Remove the de-oiling solenoid valve (8083KM) (5).
(8)
Put a blanking plug on to the accessory-gearbox.
(9)
Remove and discard the O-ring (6) from the de-oiling solenoid valve (8083KM) (5).

A. Removal of the De-Oiling Solenoid Valve (8083KM)
(1)
Disconnect the accessory-gearbox vent pipe (1) from the de-oil valve assy.
(2)
Install a blanking plug on the accessory-gearbox vent pipe (1).
(3)
Disconnect the electrical connector (15).
(4)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(5)
Remove the bolt (17), the washer (6), the nut (7) and the bonding strap (13)
(6)
Loosen the:
-
Jam-nut (3) of the elbow fitting (2)
-
Jam-nut (10) of the de-oil adapter (11).
(7)
Remove the bolts (11) and the de-oil valve assy (0) from the gearbox pad.
(8)
Remove and discard the O-ring (12).
(9)
Turn the elbow fitting (2) out of the de-oiling solenoid valve (6)
(10)
Remove and discard the nylon washer (4) and the O-ring (5).
(11)
Turn the de-oil adapter (10) out of the de-oiling solenoid valve (6).
(12)
Remove and discard the nylon washer (8) and the O-ring (7).
