 Remove the oil sump blank plug.

 (4)
 Put the oil-sump temperature sensor (3) in position and attach it with the bolt (2).

 (5)
 TORQUE the bolt (2) to between 24 and 27 lbf.in (0.27 and 0.30 m.daN).

 (6)
 Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.

 (7)
 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

 (8)
 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the oil-sump temperature sensor (3).


 (9)
 Service the oil system (Ref. TASK 49-90-00-600-004). Subtask 49-91-51-865-057

 B.
 Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD

 C. Test
 (1) Do the operational test of the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-710-008).
 (a) Operate the APU for min. five minutes and examine the joints of the oil-sump temperature sensor for leaks.
 NOTE : Leaks are not permitted.

 A. Close Access
 (1)
 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 (2)
 Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the off position.

 (3)
 Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).


 (4)
 Remove the access platform(s). Subtask 49-91-51-860-052

 B.
 Aircraft Maintenance Configuration

 (1)
 Pressurize the reservoirs of the hydraulic systems.
 (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).


 (2)
 De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
 (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).


 (3)
 Remove the warning notice(s).
