(b) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker on the P414 panel: 1) 414A14, INBD EQPT COOL CONT VLV
E. Do the Installation Test for the Actuator.

(1) Do the Test
(a)
Turn the manual override handle until the position indicator on the inboard exhaust valve is in the OPEN position.
(b)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker on the P415 panel: 1) 415R14, EQPT COOLING EXHAUST FAN
(c)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker on the P180 panel: 1) 180H30, EQUIP COOL CONT EXH FAN
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE EQUIP COOLING SELECTOR, ON THE P5 PANEL,
_______ DOES NOT STAY IN THE OVRD POSITION FOR MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES. WHEN THE EQUIP COOLING SELECTOR IS IN THE OVRD MODE, THERE IS NO WARNING OF AN OVERHEAT CONDITION. IF THE EQUIP COOLING SELECTOR IS IN THE OVRD MODE FOR MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES, YOU MAY CAUSE THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT TO BECOME TOO HOT.
(d)
Turn the EQUIP COOLING selector, on the P5 panel, to the OVRD position.
(e)
Make sure the inboard exhaust valve moves to the CLOSED position in less than 20 seconds.
(f)
Turn the EQUIP COOLING selector, on the P5 panel, to the STBY position.
(g)
Make sure the inboard exhaust valve moves to the OPEN position in less than 20 seconds.

(2) If the valve does not open or close in less than 20 seconds, do the steps that follow.
(a)
Loosen the bolts that hold the actuator to the valve.
(b)
If the valve does not open in less than 20 seconds, adjust the actuator in the direction that will open the valve.

If the valve does not close in less than 20 seconds, adjust the actuator in the direction that will close the valve.
(d)
Tighten the bolts that hold the actuator to the valve.
(e)
Do the test again to make sure the valve opens and closes in less than 20 seconds.

If you cannot adjust the actuator to open and close the valve in less than 20 seconds or you cannot remove the valve status message, replace the inboard exhaust valve or the actuator.

Install the moisture shroud on the valve.
