C. Install the Pressure Sensor

Put the pressure sensor on the bracket.

Install the nuts and the bolts (4 locations) which hold the pressure sensor to the bracket.

Install the tube fittings (2 locations) to the pressure sensor.

(4)
Connect the electrical connector, DT1616 to the pressure sensor.
D. Do a Test of the Pressure Sensor

(1) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker on the P180 DC Power Distribution panel:
(a) 180F17, TRIM AIR PRESS SENSOR

Operate the air conditioning packs (Ref 21-00-00/201).

Set the EICAS ECS maintenance page from the CMC CDU
(AMM 45-10-00/201).

Make sure the EICAS ECS maintenance page shows the TRIM AIR PRESS indication is between 5 and 10.

Examine the connections at the tube fittings for air leaks.
(a) Repair the leaks that you find after you stop the operation of the air conditioning packs.
E. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

(1) Shut down the air conditioning packs (Ref 21-00-00/201).

ZONE DUCT TEMPERATURE SENSOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. There are seven zone duct temperature sensors installed in the following locations:
(1)
FLIGHT DECK
(a) In the area aft of the crew rest area approximately four feet forward of the flight deck fan.
(2)
UPPER DECK
(a) In the area aft of the crew rest area just aft and inboard of the flight deck switch.
(3)
CREW REST AREA
(a) Near the airplane centerline above the ceiling panel approximately six feet aft of the flight deck fan.
(4)
FORWARD MAIN DECK
(a)
Near the airplane centerline above the ceiling panel at STA
910.
(5)
AFT MAIN DECK
(a) Near the airplane centerline above the ceiling panel at STA 1292.
(6)
LOWER FORWARD CARGO
(a) In the right air conditioning bay on the forward cargo air conditioning duct.
(7)
LOWER AFT CARGO
(a) In the right wheel well of the body landing gear on the aft cargo air conditioning duct.
