Install a jumper between pin 1 and 2 of the electrical connector.
(c)
Make sure that the "ZONE RST SYS FAULT" switch-light comes on.
(d)
Remove the jumper wire from the electrical connector.
(e)
Reconnect the electrical connector to the Aft Main Deck Duct Overtemperature Switch.
(f)
Push the "ZONE RST" switch-light on the cabin temperature control module.
(g)
Make sure that the "ZONE RST SYS FAULT" switch-light goes off.

(6) Do these steps for the Forward Cargo Duct Overtemperature Switch:
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connector DS1904 from the Forward Cargo Duct Overtemperature Switch.
(b)
Install a jumper between pin 1 and 2 of the electrical connector.
(c)
Make sure that the "ZONE RST SYS FAULT" switch-light comes on.
(d)
Remove the jumper wire from the electrical connector.
(e)
Reconnect the electrical connector to the Forward Cargo Duct Overtemperature Switch.
(f)
Push the "ZONE RST" switch-light on the cabin temperature control module.
(g)
Make sure that the "ZONE RST SYS FAULT" switch-light goes off.

(7) Do these steps for the Aft Cargo Duct Overtemperature Switch:
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connector DS1905 form the Aft Cargo Duct Overtemperature Switch.
(b)
Install a jumper between pin 1 and 2 of the electrical connector.
(c)
Make sure that the "ZONE RST SYS FAULT" switch-light comes on.
(d)
Remove the jumper wire from the electrical connector.
(e)
Reconnect the electrical connector to the Aft Cargo Duct Overtemperature Switch.
(f)
Push the "ZONE RST" switch-light on the cabin temperature control module.
(g)
Make sure that the "ZONE RST SYS FAULT" switch-light goes off.

(1) If you installed the switch for the crew rest area, the forward main deck, or the aft main deck, install the ceiling panel (AMM 25-59-01/401) that you removed.

_______ LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN MOVE QUICKLY AND CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
(2)
If you installed the switch for the aft lower lobe cargo compartment, remove the door locks for the body landing gear and the wing landing gear (AMM 32-00-30/201).

If you installed the switch for the forward lower lobe cargo compartment, close the access door for the air conditioning equipment bay (AMM 06-09-03/201).
(4)
Remove the electrical power if it is not needed (AMM 24-22-00/201).

ZONE DUCT OVERTEMPERATURE SWITCH - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

1. General
_______
A. This procedure contains instructions for an operational test of the zone duct overtemperature switch.
B. The test will make sure that the overtemperature switch closes at the correct temperature and that there is an indication of an overtemperature condition in the flight deck.
C. The zone duct overtemperature switches have the following switch points:
