Disconnect the electrical connector, DV110, from the trim air PRSOV.

Disconnect the bonding jumper from the trim air PRSOV.

WARNING: DO NOT REMOVE THE TRIM AIR PRSOV WHEN THERE IS PRESSURE IN THE
_______ DUCTS. MAKE SURE THAT YOU REMOVE THE PRESSURE IN THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THE SENSE LINES. INJURY TO PERSONS CAN OCCUR IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE PRESSURE.

Disconnect the sense lines from the tee fittings just behind the valve (2 locations).
(4)
Put a cap on the sense lines.

(2) Install the two tee fittings into the ports on the body of the trim air PRSOV: (a) Replace the O-ring and the gasket on each of the tee fittings. (b) Put the tee fittings into the ports and tighten them with your hand.
(3) S 534-020Remove the covers which you installed on the duct openings.
(4) S 964-045Replace the seal assembly on each of the duct flanges if they are not serviceable (Fig. 401, Detail B).
(5) S 424-051Install the trim air PRSOV between the ducts and make sure that the arrow on the trim air PRSOV points in the aft direction.
(6) S 214-046Make sure that the two seal assemblies stay in the grooves on the duct flanges (Fig. 401, Detail B).
(7) S 434-047Put the two clamps around the mating flanges of the ducts and the trim air PRSOV (Fig. 401, Detail B).
