Put the PACKS (1, 2 or 3) switch to OFF, on the P5 overhead panel for the applicable pack (1, 2 or 3).

Put a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag on the PACKS switch.

Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) 6F35, PACK TEMP CONT A
2) 6F36, PACK TEMP CONT B
(b)
P415 Power Distribution Center - Right
1) 415C38, PACK TEMP CONT B
2) 415K27, PACK TEMP CONT A
D. Remove the Actuator
S 034-022
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (5) from the actuator (6):
-DV105 for the Pack 1 actuator
-DV106 for the pack 2 actuator
-DV107 for the pack 3 actuator.

Remove the screw (4), washers (2), and nut (1) to disconnect the bonding jumper (3) from the actuator (6).

Remove the bolt (7), washers (8 and 9), and nut (10) to disconnect the actuator pushrod from the bellcrank.
S 034-025
(4)
Remove the bolt (7), washers (8 and 9), and nut (10) to disconnect the actuator (6) from the airframe bracket.
(5)
Remove the actuator (6).
