FLOW CONTROL AND SHUTOFF VALVE - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

1. General
A. This procedure has instructions to do a functional test of the flow control and shutoff valves. A flow control and shutoff valve is installed at the aft end of each air cooling pack.

Valve Tester - GS9400-5 (Hamilton Standard, Windsor Locks, Conn.) Make sure the tester includes these parts:
-GS8967-1, Cable Assembly
-GS8967-9, Cable Assembly
-AD30008-1, Hose Assembly
-AD30008-3, Hose Assembly
(2)
Test Plugs - GS13237-1 and GS13238-1 (Hamilton Standard, Windsor Locks, Conn.)
(3)
Air or Nitrogen supply - 130 to 150 psi (900 to 1000 kPa) (commercially available)
