PACK DISCHARGE TEMPERATURE SENSOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks. The first task is the removal of the pack discharge temperature sensors. The second task is the installation of the temperature sensors. There are two temperature sensors, A and B, for each of the three air conditioning packs.
B. The procedure has these steps:
(1)
set the air conditioning pack to off
(2)
get access to the temperature sensor
(3)
remove the temperature sensor
(4)
install the temperature sensor
(5)
do a test of the temperature sensor

C. Prepare to Remove the Temperature Sensor

Put the PACKS (1,2 or 3) switch to OFF, on the P5 overhead panel for the applicable pack (1,2 or 3).
(2)
Put a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag on the PACKS switch.

Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) 6F35, PACK TEMP CONT A
2) 6F36, PACK TEMP CONT B

P415 Power Distribution Center - Right 1) 415C38, PACK TEMP CONT B 2) 415K27, PACK TEMP CONT A

(4) Open the access panel for the applicable pack (Ref 06-09-03/201):
