Disconnect the water drain hose from the water separator (AMM 21-51-05/201).
(2)
Operate the applicable air conditioning pack (AMM 21-00-00/201).

1. General_______
A. This procedure has instructions to remove and install the ram air header duct. A ram air header duct is installed in each air cooling pack.

(1)
Remove the heat exchanger (AMM 21-51-03/401).

(2)
Disconnect the water aspirator fitting from the heat exchanger and the header duct (1 tube and 1 hose) (AMM 21-51-11/401).

Remove the bolts, nuts and washers (16 locations) that connects the header duct to the check valve.

(4)
Remove the aft most clamp that connects the header duct to the fan diffuser and inlet housing (fan housing) of the air cycle machine.
(5)
Move the ram air header duct aft and down.
