 D. Remove the Overheat Switch

 (1)  Disconnect the applicable electrical connector (3) from the overheat switch (1):
 -DS519 for pack 1
 -DS518 for pack 2
 -DS521 for pack 3

Cut and remove the lockwire from the overheat switch (1).

Use two wrenches to remove the overheat switch (1) from the duct.
 NOTE: Use one wrench to hold the boss and the other wrench to

 turn the overheat switch.

Put a new O-ring (2) on the overheat switch.

Use two wrenches to install the overheat switch (1) in the duct.

Install a lockwire on the overheat switch (AMM 20-11-28/401).

Connect the applicable electrical connector (3) to the overheat switch (1):

 E. Put the airplane to its usual condition

Close the applicable access door, 191N-L or 192H-R
 (AMM 06-09-03/201).

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close the applicable circuit breaker, on the P180 DC Power Distribution Panel:
