1. General_______
A. This procedure has instructions to remove and install the compressor discharge temperature bulbs. One temperature bulb is installed at the compressor outlet of each air cooling pack.

(1) Make sure the applicable (1, 2, or 3) PACKS selector, on the overhead panel, P5, is in the OFF position.
(a) Put a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag on the selector.

(2) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

Disconnect the electrical connector from the temperature bulb.

Cut and remove the lockwire from the temperature bulb.

Use two wrenches to remove the temperature bulb.
NOTE: Use one wrench to hold the boss and the other wrench to

turn the temperature bulb.
