 CAUTION:_______DO NOT CHANGE THE LENGTH OF THE ACTUATOR. THE LENGTH OF THE ACTUATOR IS ADJUSTED AT THE FACTORY TO 11.00 (|0.01) INCHES IN THE FULLY EXTENDED POSITION.
 (14) Connect the actuator to the bellcrank with the bolt, washers, and nut (Ref 21-62-03/401).
 NOTE: The countersink of the countersunk washer must be against the

 1) 415C38, PACK TEMP CONT B

Do the ground test for the pack temperature controllers, A and B, while you monitor the operation of the inlet door and the linkages (Ref 21-51-00/501).

Make sure the inlet door and the linkages move smoothly and freely, and without the sound of clicks during the operation.


 E. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

 (1)  Remove the electrical power if it is not necessary

 RAM AIR EXIT DOOR LIMIT SWITCH - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure has two tasks. The first task is the removal of the limit switch for the ram air exit door. The second task is the installation of the limit switch for the ram air exit door.
 B.  The removal of the limit switch has these steps:
 -Remove the power from the pack temperature control system
 -Get access to the limit switch
 -Remove the limit switch.
 C.  The installation of the limit switch has these steps:
 -Install the limit switch
 -Adjust the limit switch
 -Supply power to pack temperature control system.
