 (h) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
 1)  P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
 a) 6F35, PACK TEMP CONT A
 b) 6F36, PACK TEMP CONT B

 2)  P415 Power Distribution Center - Right
 a) 415C38, PACK TEMP CONT B
 b) 415K27, PACK TEMP CONT A

 (i)  Remove electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).
 S 434-032
 (6)  Connect the actuator pushrod to the door linkage:
 (a)  
Manually move the door to the full closed position and then to the full open position.

 (b)  
Make sure the door moves smoothly and freely.

 (c)  
Turn the bellcrank with your hand until the aft door panel stays in the fully open position.

 (d)  
Align the rod end bearing of the actuator pushrod with the hole in the bellcrank: 1) Make sure the actuator is oriented such that the bellcrank


 is pointed down.
 2)  If you cannot align the rod end bearing with the hole in the bellcrank, do one of the two steps below: a) Turn the actuator pushrod, to extend its length, until
 you can align the rod end bearing with the hole in the bellcrank.
 NOTE: There must be between four and eight screw
____ threads, 0.16 - 0.33 inch (4.07 - 8.38 mm) showing on the actuator pushrod beyond the end of the jamnut.
 b)  Lower the aft door panel until you can align the rod end bearing with the hole in the bellcrank.
 (e)  Install the bolt (7), washers (8 and 9) and nut (10) to connect the actuator shaft to the door linkage.
 NOTE: The countersink of the countersunk washer must be
____ against the head of the bolt (Fig. 401, Detail B).

 G. Do a Test of the Actuator
 S 864-033
 (1)  
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 (2)  
Remove the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag from the PACKS switch on the P5 overhead panel.

 (3)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:

 (a)  
P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
 1) 6F35, PACK TEMP CONT A
 2) 6F36, PACK TEMP CONT B


 (b)  
P415 Power Distribution Center - Right
 1) 415C38, PACK TEMP CONT B
 2) 415K27, PACK TEMP CONT A

 (4)  
Do the ground test for the pack temperature controllers, A and B, while you monitor the operation of the inlet door and the linkages (AMM 21-51-00/501).

 (5)  
Make sure the inlet door and the linkages move smoothly and freely, and without the sound of clicks during the operation.

 S 214-038

 (6)  
Make sure there is an approximate 0.25 inch (6.35 millimeter) gap between the door and the inlet lip when the door is in the closed position.


 H. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition
 S 414-011
 (1) Close the access panel for the applicable pack (AMM 06-09-02/201):
 -191VL for the pack 1
 -191ZL and 191AHL for the pack 2
 -192VR for the pack 3.
