1) Make an inspection of the ducts that go to the E6 and E9 racks.

(a) Get access to the flight deck. 1) Open the P6 panels and overhead panels. 2) Make sure that you can feel movement of air at the end of
the ducts.

EQUIPMENT COOLING FANS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has instructions to remove and install the supply and exhaust fans for the forward equipment cooling system and the primary and alternate exhaust fans for the aft equipment cooling system.
B. The supply fan for the forward equipment cooling system is installed in the left sidewall of the forward cargo compartment at STA 560.
C. The exhaust fan for the forward equipment cooling system is installed in the right sidewall of the forward cargo compartment at STA 520.
D. The primary and alternate exhaust fans for the aft equipment cooling system are in the area aft of the bulk cargo compartment on the left side just under the main deck floor at STA 2310.
