(2) Open the applicable (PACK 1, PACK 2, or PACK 3) circuit breakers, on the DC power distribution panel, P180.

(3) Open the applicable access door (AMM 06-09-03/201):

(4) Connect the test equipment
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the valve.
(b)
Remove the plug and the filter from the valve test port G1.
(c)
Install the GS13237-1 plug in the valve test port G1.
(d)
Cut and remove the lockwire from the plug in the valve test port G2 (AMM 20-11-28/401).
(e)
Remove the plug from the valve test port G2.
(f)
Install the GS13238-1 plug in the valve test port G2.
(g)
Use the hose assembly AD30008-3 to connect the valve test port G1 to the tester connector P1.
(h)
Use the hose assembly AD30008-1 to connect the valve test port G2 to the tester connector P2.
(i)
Use the cable assembly GS8967-1 to connect the 28V DC tester connector to the valve electrical connector.
(j)
Use the cable assembly GS8967-9 to connect the tester TEST receptacle to the valve electrical receptacle.
(k)
Make sure the 0-30, 0-100, and 0-160 psi gage valves, on the tester, are open.

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Connect the air or the nitrogen supply to the air inlet port of the tester.

Close the power switch on the tester.
(a) Make sure the POWER light and the VALVE CLOSED light, on the tester, come on.
E. Do the Flow Control and Shutoff Valve Test
S 725-014
(1) Do the test for the Actuator Operation and Closed Position Limit Switch
(a)
Set the pressure selector to the A position.
(b)
Pull the knob S1 to the open position.
(c)
Put the toggle switch S2 to the open position.
(d)
Turn the 0-100 psi pressure regulator knob clockwise until the 0-100 psi gage reads 14 psi.
(e)
Make sure the flow control valve opens.
(f)
Make sure the VALVE CLOSED light, on the tester, goes off.

(2) Do the Test for the Flow Control Schedule
(a)
Turn the 0-30 psi pressure regulator knob until the 0-30 psi gage reads 2 psi.
