Apply the antiseize compound to the threads on the plug.

Put the filter, flange end first, in the flow control and shutoff valve.

Install the spring and the plug in the valve.
(a) Tighten the plug to 60 - 70 pound-inches
(6.78 - 7.90 newton-meters).

(5) Install a lockwire on the plug (Ref 20-11-28/401).
E. Put the airplane to its usual condition

(1) Close the applicable access door, 191N-L, 191H-L, or 192H-R (Ref 06-09-03/201).

(1) Turn the applicable (1, 2, or 3) PACKS selector, on the overhead panel, P5, to the OFF position.
(a) Put a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag on the selector.
