 (2)  Open this circuit breaker, on the P415 Power Distribution Center -Right panel, and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
 (a)  415E32, ACM MASS FLOW IND
 S 494-018
 WARNING: MAKE SURE THE DOWNLOCKS ARE INSTALLED ON THE MAIN LANDING GEAR.
_______ IF YOU MOVE THE CONTROL LEVER WITHOUT THE DOWNLOCKS INSTALLED, THE LANDING GEAR CAN RETRACT AND CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (3)  
Make sure the downlocks are installed on the main landing gear (Ref 32-00-30/201).

 (4)  
Install the locks for the body and wing gear doors.

 D. Remove the Signal Conditioner

Disconnect the electrical connector from the signal conditioner.

 (2)  
Remove the bolts that hold the signal conditioner to the support angles.

Remove the signal conditioner.

 C. Install the Signal Conditioner
 S 424-009
 (1)  Put the signal conditioner in its position.
 (a)  Make sure the electrical receptacle points forward.
 S 434-023
 (2)  
Install the bolts and the washers that hold the signal conditioner to the support angles.

 (3)  
Connect the electrical connector DM594 to the signal conditioner.

 D. Do the Installation Test for the Signal Conditioner

 (1)  
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker on the P415 Power Distribution Center-Right panel:

 (a)  415E32, ACM MASS FLOW IND

 (2)  
Supply electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).

 (3)  
Push the PACK RST switch, on the P5 panel.

Remove the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag from one of the PACKS selectors, on the P5 panel.

Operate the applicable air cooling pack (Ref 21-00-00/201).

Get access to the ECS EICAS maintenance page (AMM 45-10-00/201).

 (7)  
Make sure the PACK FLOW is between 1100 CFM (31 CMM) and 2900 CFM (83 CMM).
