D. Remove the Aspirator

(1)
Cut and remove the lockwires from the water inlet hose and the air inlet tube.

Disconnect the water inlet hose from the aspirator.

Disconnect the air inlet tube from the aspirator.

(4)
Remove the bulkhead nut from the header boss.

Remove the aspirator.

(6)
Remove the bushing, nozzle, and O-rings from the aspirator air inlet.

C. Install the Aspirator
S 434-008
(1)
Install the bushing, nozzle, and O-ring to the aspirator air inlet.
(2)
Install the O-ring and the backup ring on the aspirator outlet.

(3)
Install the aspirator in the header boss.
(a)
Put the aspirator in the header boss.
(b)
Align the aspirator with the water inlet hose.

(c) Tighten the bulkhead nut to hold the aspirator to the header boss.
S 434-011
(4) Connect the air inlet tube to the aspirator.
(a) Install a lockwire on the air inlet tube (Ref 20-11-28/401).

(5) Connect the water inlet hose to the aspirator.
(a) Install a lockwire on the water inlet hose (Ref 20-11-28/401).
D. Put the airplane to its usual condition

(1) Close or install the applicable access door or panel
(Ref 06-09-03/201):
-191E-L for pack 1 (access panel)
-191N-L for pack 2 (access door)
-192E-R for pack 3 (access panel)

(2) Remove the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag from the applicable PACKS selector, on the P5 panel.

A. This procedure has instructions to do a test of the water aspirators. One aspirator is installed in each air cooling pack.
