(5) Open this circuit breaker, on the P415 Power Distribution Center -Right, and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) 415R14, EQPT COOLING EXHAUST FAN

If the ambient temperature is more than 85°F (29°C), supply the conditioned air to the airplane (Ref 21-00-00/201).

Make sure the equipment cooling system is in the closed loop mode:

Make sure the exhaust fan is off.
D. Remove the Actuator

Remove the moisture shroud from the valve.

Loosen the clamps on the inboard exhaust valve.

Turn the inboard exhaust valve until you can get access to the actuator.

If the inboard exhaust valve is not fully closed, turn the manual override handle until the position indicator is in the CLOSED position.

Open this circuit breaker, on the P414 Power Distribution Center -Left, and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) 414A14, INBD EQPT COOL CONT VLV

Disconnect the electrical connector DV445 from the actuator.

(1) Make sure the actuator is in the closed position.
(a)
Connect the electrical connector DV445 to the actuator.
(b)
Close this circuit breaker on the P414 panel: 1) 414A14, INBD EQPT COOL CONT VLV
(c)
Make sure the position indicator on the actuator is at the CLOSED position.

(2) If it is necessary to disconnect the electrical connector DV445 to put the actuator in its position, do the steps that follow:
(a)
Open this circuit breaker on the P414 panel:
1) 414A14, INBD EQPT COOL CONT VLV
(b)
Disconnect the electrical connector DV445 from the actuator.
