C. The MAIN DECK TEMP FWD AND MAIN DECK TEMP AFT selectors allow the flight crew to select the temperature of the main deck forward and aft cargo compartment. The selector has a MAN position to allow the cargo trim air modulating valves to be driven more open or more closed to increase or decrease cargo compartment temperature.
D. The LOWER LOBE TEMP FWD AND LOWER LOBE TEMP AFT selectors allow the flight crew to select the temperature of the lower lobe forward and aft cargo compartments. The selector has a MAN position to allow the trim air modulating valves to be driven more open or more closed to increase or decrease cargo compartment temperature.
E. The TRIM AIR switch allows the master trim air shutoff valve to be closed. When the switch is in the ON position, the valve is under automatic control.
F. The ZONE RST switch allows the master trim air shutoff valve to be reopened after it has been closed by a duct overheat. The switch contains a SYS FAULT light to alert the flight crew of the overheat.
3. Digital Cabin Temperature Selector (Fig. 1)

A. The digital cabin temperature selector located next to the lavatory door allows the cabin attendant to select the temperature of the Upper Deck and Crew Rest Area zones. The selector panel contains switches for zone temperature selection and a display to indicate the actual temperature and the target temperature of each specified zone.
4. Zone Temperature Controller (Fig. 1)

A. A zone temperature controller (ZTC) controls and performs fault detection of cabin temperature control components for all phases of flight. The controller is located on the E2-4 electronics shelf in the main equipment center.
B. The zone temperature controller receives input from the following sources:
