 a) 415R14, EQUIP COOL EXHAUST FAN POWER (ag) Make sure the exhaust fan is now off but the supply fan is still on. (ah) Make sure the bypass valve (V446) is now open and the ground exhaust valve (V447) is closed. (ai) Make sure that air does not flow from the heat ducts below the forward cargo floor. (aj) Make sure the Ground Test Enable switch on the P461 panel is in
 the ENABLE position.
 (ak) Make sure the EICAS status message EE CLNG EXH FAN is shown.
 (al) To restore exhaust fan power, close this circuit breaker and remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag: 1) Right Power Distribution Center Panel, P415 a) 415R14, EQUIP COOL EXHAUST FAN POWER
 (am) Open and then close the following circuit breaker to cycle power control for the exhaust fan: 1) DC Power Distribution Panel, P180 a) 180H30, EQUIP COOL CONT EXH FAN
 (an) Put the EQUIP COOLING mode selector on the P5 panel to OVRD for 5 seconds then return back to the NORM position to reset system.
 (ao) Make sure that the exhaust fan and the supply fan are on (listen for the sound of each fan).
 (ap) Make sure there are no EICAS messages shown for the Equipment Cooling system.

 E. Put the Airplane to its Usual Condition

 D. Do the Test

 (1)  Do a test of the low flow (cooling effect) detectors.
 CAUTION: DO NOT LET BOTH FANS STAY OFF FOR MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES.

Open the circuit breaker 415R14 EQPT COOLING EXH FAN on P415 power distribution center-right.

 (c)  
Make sure that in approximately 70 seconds these messages are shown:

Close the circuit breaker 414R30 EQPT COOLING SUPPLY FAN on P414 power distribution center-left.

Close the circuit breaker 415R14 EQPT COOLING EXH FAN on P415 power distribution center-right.

 (f)  
Set the EQUIP COOLING switch on the P5 overhead panel to OVRD, then back to NORM.

 (g)  
Make sure there are no equipment cooling messages shown on EICAS.

 (h)  
Make sure the ground crew call horn is off.

 E. Put the Airplane to its Usual Condition
