TROUBLE PROBABLE CAUSE ISOLATION PROCEDURE REMEDY
45.3 seconds After 62 seconds when brake pedals stop flashing light does not depressed After 62 seconds (light on steady when position 1 selected in air mode end of test) 57 seconds (light flashes 5 sec. and goes on steady without depressing brake pedals) 57 seconds (NO LIGHT) Servo valve pressure switch or servo valve defective (switch psi when 1380 psi indicates < 1000 z zcommanded) brake pedal switch defective S762 or S763 R290 A/B disarm relay defective S762 or S763 brake pedal switch shorted L736 defective or M162 antiskid control module illumination function failed) defective (Light If pressure at disarm Repeat test with pressure gage on bleed port of any brake. Observe brake pres-sure at time of disarm If pressure at disarm > 1200 psi, < 1200 psi, Check for ground at pin 18 on D1040 antiskid control module when either brake Turn autobrake selector switch OFF and then to position 1. Verify 28 VDC on pins 13, 17, 21, 23, 35 of D1040. Jumper pin 13 to ground (energizes disarm relay) then remove jumper. If voltage at pins 17, 21, 23, 35 of D1040 not 0 volts -Check for open circuit (greater than 50,000 ohms) between pin 18 on D1040 antiskid control module and ground with both brake pedals released. If check fails: pedal is depressed. If check fails: Do a check of L736 with the Master Test and Dimming Panel. If the light did not illuminate: Check for continuity between the L736 autobrake disarm light and pin 11 of the D1040 antiskid control module connector. Switch on the Captain's P1 If there is continuity: Replace servo valve pressure switch valve Replace servo Replace S762 or S763 Repair wiring if required Replace R290 A/B disarm relay NOTE:____ Blue dot of R290 should be con-nected to pin 2. Replace S762 or S763 Repair wiring if required Replace L736 Repair the wiring as required Replace M162

1. General
A. Use the built-in test features on the front of the antiskid module to do a test on the automatic braking system.
B. The module is found on the E3-2 rack in the electronics area aft and to the right of the access hatch (Fig. 501).
