 C.  If multiple failures occur or if flight crews report failures which cannot be duplicated during ground test, moisture contamination of the E-11 Shelf may be the cause. Remove the E-11 Shelf cover and check for evidence of moisture contamination.
 D.  If multiple failures occur or if flight crews report failures which cannot be found in this section, do a check of the Landing Gear Logic Shelf. An E-11 Landing Gear Logic Self test is in AMM 32-09-10/501 which can identify other E-11 system or Air/Ground sensor faults.
 E.  Landing gear position indicating system trouble symptoms can be most quickly identified by associating the failure reported by the flight crew to the failure described at the beginning of one of the following trouble trees and then proceeding through the tree to duplicate the failure and isolate the fault. For failures of the aural warning or take-off warning system see 31-26-00.
 2.  Prepare for Trouble Shooting____________________________
 A.  Check that the following circuit breakers on P6 panel are closed:

LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LIGHTS

 (2)
MASTER DIM SEC 5

 WARNING: MAKE SURE THE DOWNLOCKS ARE INSTALLED ON THE NOSE AND MAIN LANDING
_______ GEAR BEFORE YOU DO THE TROUBLE SHOOTING PROCEDURES. IF YOU MOVE THE CONTROL LEVER WITHOUT THE DOWNLOCKS INSTALLED, THE LANDING GEAR CAN RETRACT AND CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 B.  Check that ground lock assemblies are installed on all gear
 (Ref 32-00-01).

 C.  Check that hydraulic systems are depressurized (Ref 29-15-00).
 D.  Advance throttles all the way forward.
 E.  Place landing gear lever in DN postion.
 3.  Trouble shoot landing gear postion indicating system.
