Prepare to Adjust Landing Gear Lever up Switch

Open the OUTBD ANTI-SKID, INBD ANTI-SKID and the ANTI-SKID FAIL circuit breakers on the P6 panel.

Make sure you install the ground locks in the the main and nose landing gears (Ref 32-00-01/201).

(3)
Remove the pressure from hydraulic systems A and B (Ref 29-15-00/201).
(4)
Open the access door of the forward nose compartment.

Put the landing gear lever in the DN position.

Adjust the Antiskid Landing Gear Lever Up Switches (Fig. 501)
(1)
Connect the ohmmeter across the terminals of each switch.

(2) S 825-008Make sure the ohmmeter shows a closed circuit.
(3) S 825-009Set the landing gear lever to OFF.
(4) S 825-010Make sure the ohmmeter shows a closed circuit.
(5) S 825-011Slowly move the landing gear lever from the OFF detent position to the UP position.
(6) S 825-012Make sure the the ohmmeter shows the switch operates on or before the lever moves to 12 degrees (as it moves from the OFF position).
(7) S 825-013With the landing gear lever in the UP position, slowly move the lever to the OFF position.
(8) S 825-014Make sure the ohmmeter shows the switch stops operation before the lever is 4 degrees from the OFF position.
