(2) S 424-011Install the isolation valve on the mounting bracket. (a) Install the washers. (b) Install the three nuts.
(3) S 644-025Lubricate the valve unions and the new O-rings.
NOTE:____ You can use the lubricant or the hydraulic fluid to lubricate the unions and the O-rings.
(4) S 434-014Install the valve unions on the isolation valve: (a) Remove the plugs from the isolation valve ports. (b) Install the new O-rings and the backup rings on the valve unions. (c) Install the valve unions in the isolation valve ports.
(5) S 434-015Connect the hydraulic lines to the isolation valve. (a) Remove the caps from the hydraulic lines. (b) Attach the hydraulic lines to the valve unions.
(6) S 864-016Supply hydraulic power from system A and system B (Ref 29-15-00/201).
(7) S 874-027Bleed the brake hydraulic system: (a) Fully operate the brake pedals 6 times.
NOTE:____ Wait a minimum of 5 seconds between each operation of the pedals. You must operate the pedals slowly.
