Adjust the steering cables wheel steering system consists of rigging the nose wheel steering cables. You can adjust the steering system to operate the steering metering valve by the steering wheel or the rudder pedal steering. If the groundlock pins are not installed on all the landing gear, do this task: Install the ground lock assemblies (AMM 32-00-01/201).

Remove the pressure from the hydraulic system A (AMM 29-15-00/201).

Open the AIR/GND circuit breaker of the NOSE LANDING GEAR on the P6 panel.

Disconnect the idler link from the eccentric crank on the steering mechanism of the rudder pedal.

Safety the clutch arm until the arm will not touch the cam followers on the eccentric crank.

Make sure you align the index marks on the steering actuator of the rudder pedal in 5 degrees or less.
