(1) Connect the electrical connector on the wire bundle to the receptacle on the transducer.

CAUTION:_______ MAKE SURE THAT THE KEY SLOT IN THE TRANSDUCER HOUSING IS
ALIGNED WITH THE RIVET HEAD IN THE ADAPTER. IF THE KEY SLOT
AND THE RIVET SLOT ARE NOT ALIGNED, THE TRANSDUCER HOUSING CAN
BIND IN THE ADAPTER. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE TRANSDUCER,
THE TRANSDUCER SHAFT, OR THE DRIVE COUPLING WHEN YOU REMOVE THE
TRANSDUCER.

Align the key slot in the transducer housing with the rivet head in the adapter and put the transducer in its installed position in the axle.

Install the lockring and tighten it to 260 |20 pound-inches with the torque adapter tool.

Safety the lockring to the adapter.

Soak the felt dust seal on the outer end of the transducer with oil if the seal is dry.

Put the drive coupling and the washer on the tranducer shaft.

Install the retaining screw.

Safety the screw to the drive coupling.

Make sure that you can turn the drive coupling freely.

Do an operational test of the transducer that you installed as follows:
(a)
Pressurize hydraulic systems A and B (AMM 29-15-00/201).
(b)
Supply electrical power to the antiskid system (AMM 24-22-00).
(c)
Close all the landing gear circuit breakers on the P6 panel.
(d)
Open these circuit breakers and install a DO-NOT-OPEN tag: 1) AUTOSLAT NO. 1 AC (On airplanes with the Digital Stall
Warning the Autoslat Computers) 2) AUTOSLAT NO. 1 DC 3) AUTOSLAT NO. 2 AC (On airplanes with the Digital Stall
Warning the Autoslat Computers) 4) AUTOSLAT NO. 2 DC
(e) Make sure that chocks are installed on the wheels.

Release the parking brake.
Turn the ANTISKID SWITCH on.
Make sure that the ANTISKID INOP light goes off.
Do a check of the mechanical condition of the transducer
installation as follows:
