1. Remove the Main Gear Downlock Sensor____________________________________
A. General

The procedure that follows is applicable to the left and the right downlock sensors for the main gear.

Prepare to Remove the Sensor

Remove electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Open all the circuit breakers for the landing gear on the circuit breaker panel, P6 and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags.

Make sure the ground locks are installed in all the landing gear (AMM 32-00-01/201).

Remove the Sensor (Fig. 401)

Do these steps to disconnect the wires for the sensor:
(a)
AIRPLANES WITH SPLICES; Disconnect the sensor wires at the splices.
