B. Procedure

(1) Make sure these circuit breakers are closed:
(a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) QTY
2) EP GND FUELING

Write the values shown on the fuel quantity indicators.

(3)
Push and hold the QTY TEST switch adjacent to the fuel quantity indicators.

Make sure the fuel quantity indicators go to a value of zero and show ERR 4 on the display.
NOTE: ERR 4 will not show on MOD 4 or subsequent indicators
____ unless you hold the QTY TEST switch for more than 30 seconds. The indicator will show ERR 2 on the display if the indicator has error code 3 in its memory.

(5) Release the test switch and make sure the indicators do these steps in this sequence:
(a)
The fuel quantity indicators show all segments of the display for two seconds.
(b)
The fuel quantity indicators show no segments for two seconds.
(c)
The fuel quantity indicators show each error code in the indicator memory for two seconds each.
(d)
The fuel quantity indicators show the tank capacity value.
(e)
The fuel quantity indicators show the value that you wrote before this step with a tolerance of |10 pounds (|10 kilograms).

Open the access door, 6540, for the refuel control panel (P15).

Set and hold the test switch to TEST GAGES.
