Get access to the check valve that you must remove.
(a) Remove the access panel, No. 1, (7204 or 7404) for the applicable fuel tank (AMM 28-11-11/401).

(b) Remove the applicable rib access openings (Fig. 401).

(3) Disconnect the low pressure line.

CAUTION:_______DO NOT LET THE CHECK VALVE FALL. DAMAGE TO THE WING SKIN CAN EASILY OCCUR.

Remove the bolts and the nuts that attach the fuel line.

Remove the bolts and the nuts that attach the check valve.

Remove the check valve.
(a)
Remove the O-rings from the flanges of the check valve.
(b)
Discard the O-rings.

(2) S 434-013Install new O-rings, lightly lubricated with fuel, in the check valve flanges.
(3) S 424-014Put the check valve in its correct position on the housing for the boost pump.
(4) S 434-015Install the nuts and the bolts that attach the check valve.
(5) S 434-016Install the nuts and the bolts to attach the fuel line to the check valve.
(6) S 434-017Connect the low pressure line.
(7) S 414-018Install the access doors in the rib openings, if you removed them (AMM 20-50-11/201).
(8) S 414-019Install the access panel for the wing tank that you removed to get access to the check valve (AMM 28-11-11/401).
