(11) Measure the capacitance of each tank unit and compensator unit. NOTE: The capacitance must be as shown in Fig. 502, Table B.

Connect the bussing plug to the receptacle (AMM 28-41-41/401).

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
CAUTION:_______ BE CAREFUL WITH THE CONNECTOR PINS AND SOCKETS. THE CONNECTOR
RECEPTACLE IS PART OF THE TANK WIRE HARNESS. IF THERE IS
DAMAGE TO THE RECEPTACLE, IT IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE
ASSEMBLY.

_______ LE FLAP SAFETY LOCKS. THE LE FLAPS CAN MOVE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE SAFETY LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(17) Remove the leading edge flap locks if you installed them before (AMM 27-81-00/201).
