 (2)  AIRPLANES WITH TERMINAL LUG CONNECTORS; Connect two C26002-4 cable assemblies as follows:
 (a)  
Connect the red alligator clip of one cable assembly to the A/1 (loop A) terminal lug of the upper fan detector.

 (b)  
Connect the black alligator clip to an airplane ground source.

 (c)  
Connect the red banana plug to the HI (red) jack of loop A on the test box.

 (d)  
Connect the black banana plug to the GND (black) jack of loop A on the test box.

 (e)  
Connect the red alligator clip of the second cable assembly to the B/2 (loop B) terminal lug of the upper fan detector.

 (f)  
Connect the black alligator clip to an airplane ground source.

 (g)  
Connect the red banana plug to the HI (red) jack of loop B on the test box.

 (h)  
Connect the black banana plug to the GND (black) jack of loop B on the test box.

 (3)  AIRPLANES WITH ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS; Connect the C26002-22,-25 cable assemblies as follows:
 (a)  
Disconnect these electrical connectors:
 1) D2898 (Upper fan detector - loop A)
 2) D2902 (Upper fan detector - loop B)


 (b)  
Connect the electrical connector (red) -22 cable assembly to the loop A upper fan detector.

 (c)  
Connect the alligator clip (black) to an airplane ground source.

 (d)  
Connect the red banana plug to the HI (red) jack of loop A on the test box.

 (e)  
Connect the black banana plug to the GND (black) jack of loop A on the test box.

 (f)  
Connect the electrical connector (red) of the second cable assembly to the loop B upper fan detector.

 (g)  
Connect the alligator clip (black) to an airplane ground source.

 (h)  
Connect the red banana plug to the HI (red) jack of loop B on the test box.

 (i)  
Connect the black banana plug to the GND (black) jack of loop B on the test box.
